International Educational Sciences Conference

Cyprus is a historical & cultural attraction spot of both Europe and the Middle East and throughout the history it has been known as a meeting point for scientists, artists, researchers and particularly educaters. Once again it was a meeting point for educators and academic people from all over the world between 30 April-03 May 2008 for the International Conference on Educational Sciences.

The conference was a scientific gathering where education related professionals from different corners of the world exchanged their experience and ideas in the impressive atmosphere of the island of Cyprus, home of numerous cultures, communities, languages and scientific disciplines.

One of the main objectives of this gathering was to create a synergy for potential cooperation among academic people studying and researching in the field of educational sciences.

The conference was organized with the acamedic assistance and hosted by Eastern Mediterranean University's Department of Educational Sciences.

ICES08 was a promising opportunity for researchers in the field of education to meet and interact with an international academic community.
